If you can claim possibility that you are there. I lost line. I panicked because there was no appointments on the same day I came. So the next day I gotten in. But took over 11 from my appointment.
I used something like this before from my previous school for financial aid. And I assume it kept me updated about my turn. I don’t remember if it was QLess. QLess told 114min or so afar. The one I mentioned before really knew you were coming in. Line respected.
Not sure if it updates well. I was 5 people near my appointment. By redoing it. I was at 2nd. When I lost my line inside the building. Somehow!!! >:0 even seeing the pre enter people, did not guarantee my line! well I was first when I re-enter after my line lost. Other than that it left me in confusion of why I couldn’t go the previous day. Of course I was watching my turn. Waiting for previous line waiter to end their turn. Please don’t hang up on my while I’m waiting inside!!!

The service this app provides is great, but QLess itself has some bugs. Biggest for me right now is that I moved to a new phone and when I try to add my number it says it’s already in use on a different device (my old phone) with no way to remove it. I removed QLess to see if it would help and it recognized me but I can’t remove it and set it up on my device.

Also searching is terrible and shows nothing similar to my searches. I know my local DMVs use this app but I can’t find them in QLess at all and have to use their website.

Finally, when I search and click the X to clear the field or cancel the search, my previous search terms remain in the search box and can create confusion. The only way to clear the field is to tap the “near me” option. It’s a small detail, but it’s an indication of a lack of Polish to QLess . Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. The phone number issue and the searching issues are pretty big deals to me though.

App needs to support the full screen on iPads. Also would really like it if you added support for push notifications so that QLess does not have to be open all the time for us to be able know what the current wait time is for any line we are in. Also how about add a account manger so that I can view the same info on my iPad as on my iPhone this way both are in sync. Also when a school uses your system for the prep use of study rooms have it ask number of people and ask for names and phone numbers of the additional people so that the correct study room can be made available as well as provide better wait time for availability. Also add integration into a school library check in/check out computer system this way as room keys are checked in and out it would update wait times with better accuracy.

You know it’s bad when I have to write a review for the first time. QLess is pretty alright when my dad uses it because he has a Samsung phone; however, I have a big fat iPhone and QLess has been a disaster at every corner. When I enter QLess and pick a location (provided it doesn’t freeze and kick me out in the first minute) QLess asks for your phone number and then doesn’t send a confirmation text. Cool, that’s fine I guess — except there’s nowhere in QLess for me to check what lines I’m already queued up for. There’s no way to know if you’re actually in line, or if you gave them the wrong number, or if QLess glitched and froze after hitting enter (which indeed happened the first time I used QLess , so I had to enter the same line twice). Would not recommend unless they fix hella stuff.

Don’t use QLess to make an appointment in post falls because it thinks the DMV is where drivers licensing is done and it is actually done in the sheriffs office. My wife and I sat there for 3 hours. It said we were 6th in line so we booked it over there then it said we were 1st in line but our names were never called then it said we were 4th in line and we waited a while they never called our name. We ask some what the heck is going on and they told us we made an appointment at the DMV. So we walked over there it was right next door and all of a sudden I got a text saying I was 6th in line. I’m thinking it looks at your GPS to see if you are there or not. Not completely sure but we then went back to the sheriffs office and saw our names on the board. Very frustrating

So QLess claims to be the solution to your life problems. Well they left one out. How to cancel QLess. It does nothing for me because where I live there are zero companies attached to this program. Therefore a waist of money. What caught my eye was the image of the Walt Disney World Resort called Shades of Green. I thought it would include other Walt Disney wait list. WRONG, that was the only one. So the second problem, is there is no way to contact anyone to cancel. No information on the website on how to cancel QLess . I tried to submit a contact form, it doesn’t go through. So many bugs and important items left out. You are trapped. Until this is corrected, I advise not to download QLess.

Got in line to register my new car. When back to QLess about 30 min later and now it doesn’t show that dmv location at all. Can’t even search for it. I never received a text either so my only option for updates is to call every so often. Good concept but poorly executed. After you actually get in line it’s useless

Here it is, months later and I need to get in line again to register another car. After I’m in line, that office disappears from the list and I can no longer see the status of my position. Thankfully, this time I actually got a text message. Why is there no section for lines you’re currently in??????

I give 5 star for old version. I was very satisfied with QLess. Also referred to many people to use it. I recently noticed it’s not showing sos due to COVID lockdown. SOS accept only by appointment and can be done in each state respective website. If it shows all address but let people know it’s blocked temporarily for some reason ll be great. Thanks to QLess for great time saving.

QLess is not working properly I am unable to get a location for my school to even sign in this has been going on since Monday. I reinstalled QLess but it’s the same thing. This didn’t happen before it just started can you fix this issue please.
Besides that QLess works just fine and I haven’t had any complaints until now.

I was at home gathering paperwork for the Secretary of State office when I remembered I had the this app app on my phone. 10 seconds later I had joined the line knew my place in line (73) and approximately how long before I would be served. Noticing how many people waiting when I arrived and knowing I was 8th in line with a wait time of five minutes felt like cheating. Only for a moment though, in and out and on to the next errand!

Wait times were WAY off! Once I get text saying 8th in queue with 40-60 min wait (down from 3+ hours) I figured it best to head over and check in, ballparkish 30-50 min remaining after i check in. no biggie. But after i had been sitting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours i got mad. I did not cause a scene or anything but when you’re told at most an hour and you have to wait double, thats not right. Also i kept getting alerts for 30-40 min wait times AFTER i left the dr office. Is this an app or dr office issue. That’s ridiculous

this app made our waiting time so convenient. There were 58 ppl ahead of us (1 hour & 40 mins) we used QLess to place our spot in line. We left and came back when it was our turn to show up. We waited about another 10 minutes before it was our turn to get our I.D’s done. It definitely beats waiting the usual 2 hours. I recommend QLess to everyone!

I don’t understand how QLess works for my outdated iPhone 5s but not to my current phone that I’m using which is an iPhone 7. I tried to make an appointment on my 7 several times and it would not allow me to do it but the moment that I download QLess over Wi-Fi and make my appointment on my 5s I was able to do so effortlessly. I don’t know how but this is an error that needs to be corrected as soon as possible. Other than that QLess is good

Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable renewing my plates and looking up some trailer information. I always go to this branch because there is less wait time and I never have a issue there. Thank you again for all your help..

The Sarpy County Treasurers Office (Neb) uses this system, and mentions in small print at the bottom of the screen, that you can track your progress in QLess , as well as making appointments. I couldn’t find the office I was using, or the queue I was in. I have a hunch the disconnect was with the office, not QLess , but also thinking QLess should have made sure the office understood how to implement it.

Staff was great and very helpful despite new program was resulting in delays. Observed several people displeased with the delays and the dmv staff professionally conducted themselves in spite of disgruntled customers. I commend them in a job well done. Thank you and keep smiling. It will only get better.

I have used this app many times and have recommended it to friends. My problem is that I can’t get it to work anymore. I’ve tried everything but nothing will fix it. Hoping it is just a bug and it will be fixed soon! I need to use it this week!!! Great app when it works!!!

Although it’s new it’s convenient if your in a hurry and need to do other stuff instead of just waiting and plus it give you more time if needed I prefer this over the actual waiting in line so far so good.

Had to close QLess this morning because it was stuck in landscape view. That made it not possible to see what position I was in at the DMV and also hid that DMV office from my search results making it impossible to see my position in line. I was pretty upset. Please fix this soon if possible.

QLess was easy to use...however...We were at the DMV in Grandview, MO. Standing outside in pretty high winds on a chilly day. We kept joining the line through QLess and then 2 minutes later we’d get removed from the line and have to rejoin. We waited for 45 minutes and rejoined the line multiple times before we decided to leave. Not sure if this issue was with the DMV or with QLess but bad customer experience overall.

Customer support is great! I was using a non US keyboard and had my phone set to a non United States location, once I changed that, it worked. I have saved so much time!

QLess is completely inaccurate with the actual wait time at the dmv and it is glitchy as all hell has issues with not responding at all after you’ve been on it for awhile and you have to completely shut it down and restart it QLess is absolutely garbage and I’ve tons of problems with it those are just 2 of the biggest out of the giant handful.

Wish I knew about QLess before I sat at a dmv for over an hour to realize I had the wrong paperwork. I was in and out of the next dmv quickly and it’s so easy to use!

Pleased to know if your spot arrives before you arrive they allow you additional time without kicking you to the back of the line. Exceptional and convenient. (ORD Airport)

i tried so many times to use QLess it just waisted my time i shows that i’m next even the screen at the office shows i’m next but yet i waited for 1h and half when i asked how long more they told me at least 1h that’s crazy why waisting my time of the office is busy people have things to do they lost my business for good it was 3 people in their including me they need half a day to see us unbelievable and when u see the doctor she say i can’t give a prescription here u have to come to my private clinic pay cash to get a prescription but u go anywhere else if u sick u need medication doctors don’t have problems fixing ur problems

Awesome use of app. I’m literally always in line no matter the distance I am in. I would rather be in line then to approach the area I’m going to and having to wait at all.

Get in line remotely. Get told updates with your place in line. Even tells you when to leave home and head to DMV. This is a must-have app.
