I have paid for the allblk app and continuously pay for it monthly BUT there is DEFINITELY no service. You cannot way any sitcoms or movies on this app. I received the 7 days free then paid for the monthly service plan to continue on at the end of the term which would have included September, October and November if you refuse to cancel. So please cancel and ISSUE me a refund PLEASE!!!!!!

This is one of the worst app I have ever used I pay my money off for $4.99 and it never seems to work on any movie that I tried to watch or episode it gives me error after error after error this is the most disappointed app I have ever ever had in my experience. And I guess I'm not the only one because of all these negative reviews I see why they are so disappointed I do not want anything to do with allblk . Please do not get this if you don't have it already

I signed up for the free 7day trial. YES I have access to the station. BUT THEY CHARGED ME $64.49 ANNUALLY INSTEAD OF THE TRAIL PERIOD WHICH IS $5.99. I am highly disgusted at this and want to cancel my subscription. I ALSO want my MONEY BACK. This is a very poor practice to snake innocent people out of their money. No wonder you all changed the name of this company so that you can do it again (TAKE PEOPLES MONEY)...

My issue is. I’m currently watching a series and can’t watch the next episode because it says to many people using my account. First y’all are not Netflix. Secondly the catalog of shows offered SUCK for $6 dollars a month. The only reason I have this app is to watch WE tv shows. I need this issue fixed or cancel my service.

I cancelled the membership but I need my money back because I signed up for the monthly plan and you guys charged me for a yearly plan that I had no plans on accepting so please refund my money or I will have to dispute it with my bank and get in touch with a Better Business Bureau because I see other people are complaining of the same issue I don't even want to have an account at all

I have been going in loops trying to cancel this Allblk subscription for days now. I would like to have it cancelled immediately!!! Disappointed

I’m not here to put anyone down, but simply put... I am disappointed with this app. I really wanted to try it out after seeing something that peaked my interest for using this app. I was unable to watch ANYTHING. I was stuck on the subscription page after I clicked on the movie I wanted to watch. I already had a subscription along with the 7-day free trial. After reading more reviews, I’m glad that I wasn’t the only one who had this issue. Fortunately for me I came out on a better end than others due to the free trial. I wouldn’t recommend using this app, not to mention there was review about this app selling information?!? Not sure how true but there is a button in the settings that says “Do not sell my information”. If this app was in better condition I’d be happy to recommend this app to others, but I no longer feel comfortable or safe using this app due to the possible selling of personal information.

Does not play

I’ve signed up and paid for subscription but cannot play! Paid monthly subscription of $6.99 for nothing because the app won’t allow me to play. It keeps getting stuck on a screen asking for subscription when I’m already subscribed and money has already been taken out of my bank account. Then when I clicked support all I got is an email saying they have nothing to do with Apple subscription. Then why is your information on the app under “support” if you cannot “support” anyone... if you so called have nothing to do with Apple subscriptions which is the very app your company obviously put out on the “Apple App Store” that I subscribed to which doesn’t work. And why is the app selling people’s information wth is that about? I selected that you don’t do therefore that is against privacy act. I feel very deceived and I want my money back!

Good place to watch African American movies but...

This is the hardest app/website to login to and to cancel. I did the free trial and if I decided to keep the account, it was supposed to charge me $4.99 for each month after. I’d never planned to keep watching after the trial, cause I just wanted to see the series Monogamy. So when my trial was up, I tried to log back in and it wouldn’t let me, thus charging me the $4.99. I eventually had to reset my password like 30 times, to cancel my subscription and I complained and eventually got my money back, too. I did the trial at the end of November 2018 and canceled it in December 2018. I’m complaining now, because here I am, in February 2019, finding out that they have been charging me $6.99 ($7.50, with tax), for three months now (December, January and February). I reset my password again, just to make sure of my account status and just like I thought, it says canceled and no more payments should be charged to me. Apps like this shouldn’t exist until they know what they’re doing and how not to charge ppl that have already canceled their subscriptions. I did however enjoy the selections of movies and I loved the series that I initially subscribed for the free trial, for. But the money thing, is an issue that needs to be fixed, ASAP.
