The last few days when I try to download a book through apple books, I get an error the first time and then I had to try again before it would work. Now it will not work at all. It usually works fast, like a charm, and now it takes forever of the thing going round and round before finally a message would come up that there was a problem and I should try again. Trying again no longer works.

I have had Book Bub for at least 8 years, and it has been fine. All of a sudden, my password wasn’t accepted. I called Amazon, but there was very little help given. They told me to change my password, which I did, but still not working. I can’t get any books at all, so I don’t know what the problem is.

The book Why We Did It was offered. After reviewing some of it, I agreed to read a sample. Mid-way through the sample, I bought it for $1.99. Then, when it seemed to show that I had 2 copies, I cancelled one. Unfortunately, the one that was cancelled was the whole book and not the sample. Please cancel the sample and reinstate the entire book.. Thanks.

How to fix BookBub app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BookBub app on iPhone
Update BookBub app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BookBub iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BookBub on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BookBub network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BookBub Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BookBub not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BookBub App
1. On android, goto Settings » BookBub » click [Force Stop]

Update BookBub to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BookBub App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BookBub » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BookBub.

Fix BookBub unable to contact server/ BookBub internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BookBub » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BookBub » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BookBub
