I can"t open the excerpt of any book, keeps giving me an error
The last few days when I try to download a book through apple books, I get an error the first time and then I had to try again before it would work. Now it will not work at all. It usually works fast, like a charm, and now it takes forever of the thing going round and round before finally a message would come up that there was a problem and I should try again. Trying again no longer works.
I haven't received the daily notification of books for the last two days.
Ordered a free book for my kindle when it downloaded it said 98% read. I didn't even open it. Also, when trying to put a book on my "wish list" says this page is no longer available. One more thing, a book I was reading just disappeared.
I have bought hundreds of ebooks from BookBub and they have all just disappeared this morning, many unread. I have nothing in my library, nothing in my collections and nothing in want to read or finished. I want the books I bought or my money back! How do I go about getting my money back?
Suddenly I am not getting daily emails and can't find daily books anywhere online! Did they stop sending out books?

I have had Book Bub for at least 8 years, and it has been fine. All of a sudden, my password wasn’t accepted. I called Amazon, but there was very little help given. They told me to change my password, which I did, but still not working. I can’t get any books at all, so I don’t know what the problem is.

The book Why We Did It was offered. After reviewing some of it, I agreed to read a sample. Mid-way through the sample, I bought it for $1.99. Then, when it seemed to show that I had 2 copies, I cancelled one. Unfortunately, the one that was cancelled was the whole book and not the sample. Please cancel the sample and reinstate the entire book.. Thanks.
