This past school year, my grandson graduated from Springfield HS and I ordered two packages from Waldo - one package was June 27, 2025 for $64.35 and the second package was July 1, 2025 for $72.30. Both packages were paid in full and the money withdrawn from my account without delivering the photos. I am having difficulty in finding if this was a scam since there is no phone number to contact and no entrance into the website. I have been in contact with our business attorney who is currently looking into this company. This can be avoided by contacting me @ 610-389-1067

The App seems good if you actually received pictures

Waldo was chosen as the photographer for a hockey tournament . I paid in advance and didn’t see any photo’s. When I reached out, they told me there were still two games left and photographer would be there. I reached out several more times and still no photos. Finally, several days later, I received three not so great pictures of almost the same exact shot. I reached out again and they told me they would refund my money. That doesn’t change the fact that I missed out on photos of this year’s event because I was told to relax and let them take the pictures. I am so unhappy. They acted like it wasn’t a big deal at all. I hope the tournament goes back to photographer that was used in prior years because this was an absolute failure. We always get the team package and get amazing shots. I don’t even have a team picture now because I have not seen it and because I don’t trust it to be decent, I refuse to send Waldo money to buy it. I am going to look into reporting them to the BBB because of the complete failure of providing what was promised.

Waste of money

I attended an event, paid the week of event prior. I received 3 photos of my daughters face BEHIND some other person at Saturdays small classes and never received any other pictures of her at the actual event like i was suppose to. When reaching out i was told that im suppose to reach out to the actual event organizers which as i already knew no actual communication. So very disappointed that i paid $40 and got nothing. The photos from Saturday are not even available to see even tho again it was just her head behind another girl.

Poor job finding pictures of my granddaughters

This app was bought to be used only while my two granddaughters were at camp, so that I could enjoy following their time. Several but not all pictures were captured of my oldest. But I only had nine photos for my youngest and some of them were not even her but some kids I didn’t even know. Monomer were added for her past the first day. This had nothing to do with mask wearing as most of the time they were not on. I was okay with the oldest granddaughter picture finding, although I found many pics the app did not find; but a waste of my money trying to get pictures to see of my youngest granddaughter. I wish I hadn’t bought this as I had to scroll through all of the camp pictures pics anyway to find all of their pictures. Do not recommend.
