Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever MyHR app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix MyHR app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyHR app on iPhone
Update MyHR app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyHR iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyHR on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyHR network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix MyHR not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MyHR app issues:

Force Stop the MyHR App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyHR app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MyHR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyHR App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyHR app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MyHR.

Fix MyHR unable to contact server/ MyHR internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MyHR » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MyHR » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyHR on android.
