If I can give Jollychicجوليشيك a zero... I would do that!! Very bad quality clothes! It looks fancy and more elegant on the pictures but it’s awful and cheap! Like papers!! You wonder why all these sales on Jollychicجوليشيك !! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 also the sizing on Jollychicجوليشيك is on Chinese people!! So don’t trust it!! Very bad job working on Jollychicجوليشيك !! very disappointing!!! Thanks JollyChic for eating my money!! That’s what you want!! All these ads on Snapchat just for that!
You guys don’t believe all these answers from the developer when they contact you to email them to solve the problem!! They don’t solve anything! They basically going to tell you what they told you already on Jollychicجوليشيك ! 👎🏼 very bad service!!

I’ve been ordering since 2017, and for some reason when the item is out of stock (which i have ALREADY PAID for it) they send a different product instead. Isn’t that theft?
It didn’t happen once but 7 TIMES already!
and i guess there is a return FEE... I swear i’m not ordering again since they’re going to steal my money any way. I won’t order from a shop I can never trust.

Jollychicجوليشيك is offering a free shipping charge when you ordered in an exceeding amount they required, at least that what Jollychicجوليشيك said 🙄🙄 so I placed and confirmed an order worth 497sr expecting therell be no delivery/shipping fee anymore. but i still paid for the shipping fee. As a new user Jollychicجوليشيك asked me to choose for a gift and obviously itll be for free and i chose an earpod but when shipment arrived No “Free gift” included!!!
It is extremely unaccepted to be of such expectations and get disappointed. We patronizing your product because of the good offers and promotions. We pay as we order. We desserve a fair treatment.

I ordered some items and wasn’t as described. I paid almost SR230. When I retuned them, i was surprises that the amount was reduced to SR155. I talked with customer services and they told me that the shipping amount and discount amount not included. I told them to show me the return policy where it says that. They keep writing me things from their head. I wanted a prove to not returning the whole amount. Otherwise, i will do some serious actions. I was really mad and I’m planning to open a complaint with the ministry of commerce and industry to see what they will do.

Bad customer service
I used Jollychicجوليشيك for the first time but I had to cancel the order because I wanted to order one more item so when I chose the gift they denied it because I have ordered one! Ok, I did cancel my order?!? I didn’t actually received the free gift and my order was exceeding 500 SAR but that didn’t help I just hate whoever plays games with me I have deleted Jollychicجوليشيك !!
Try to use VPN and while logging out the price on some items will be much less than when you are without VPN! One of the items was 100 SAR less!

I would say: before make order, don’t download the application at all at all at all .

My problem is : i have ordered an item and paid money , after that, while the order was in preparing status suddenly after few days the order has been cancelled . I contact with support services, they said sorry about what happened because we don’t have the item In our warehouse.

What is this bad system

I have been using it since 2017. First time I ordered from US, and the delivery time was terrible. It took a month if not more to just shipping it and much more to deliver. However, when I tried it in KSA it getting better regardless the the global shipments.
One more point, I wish if they could lower the minimum price for having free delivery. It’s unbelievable to spend $70 just at one order to get a free shipping. Please look at this point seriously in consideration.

I have order from JollyChic multiple times now. The prices are great and I love the products, you just have to research to make sure you are getting what you want. Would definitely recommend!

It’s soooooo disappointing to stop delivering to Lebanon it can be seen as discrimination since you already deliver to the Middle East and Lebanon was on the list
We were your customers but what happened is so annoying and unreasonable! You didn’t even inform or notify us!!!!

I downloaded Jollychicجوليشيك and ordered an item and payed by visa, they toke the money, but when i looked in my ordered i found no orders, i locked in shipments bust also nothing, my order and money disappeared with no clue, I tried to find a way to complain by contacting the customer service, maybe it’s a mistake or something, but there is no option in Jollychicجوليشيك to contact them.
I lost my money and time in this bad experience.

It’s a perfect app for everything i love it so much ,but i hope that you make it delivere to Iraq again pls there too many things that I would buy...

Really nice shopping app, you get discount coupons and points everyday for checking in , there is live chat for any support you need. Really recommend this site.

The only draw back of Jollychicجوليشيك is you don't have proper means of contact. The order shows preparing from 5 days and if you click on live chat....it's irritating auto reply.

Very useful and good you just have to pay attention to description and feedback from other customers.

I did not get my items. I have been in contact with the shipping company and Jollychic and no one helped. Every time I get the same answer. We will contact you after 48 hours. No one ever called nor contacted. The shipping company said that they can’t find my shipment. And still Jollychic don’t want to refund me. This is harassment and bad service also stealing. What do I have to do to get my money back.

There are a very bad customer service and when you ask them any questions they are answering like a robot ( copy and paste the same answer ) and their estimation for order sending is lying because they say to you 8_14 days to arrive and you will receive your order after 1 _ 1.5 month later ... very bad app and service 👎

Good shopping online app..like reading the comments before buying..first time to order..still didnt recieve my items

My ordered been cancelled by jollychic after a month of waiting and even though I connected their workers online several times they were nothing but useless to me lying about the shipment in it's way To me while in the end this what I got nothing after wasting my time. Bad company. I don't recommend it at all. Don't waste ur time here.

It would be nice if you add something on the list like bicycle or electric ebike for sale even appliances hopefully more power and thanks

I buy everything from here, i love all my items! I just wished my items come faster but I’m still a happy customer. Side note if you want your items for a special night you better order 3 weeks in advance ✌🏽💋
