1)Ricoh theta on ios has a black/white screen. This issue seems to happen more often as the photographer takes more images. Photographer does not encounter an issue on their 1st capture but generally starts to encounter it after the 5th- 6th image. This happens the most with Theta X’s. Issue observed in an environment with generally pretty low cell service (1-2 bars, bad data in general).

- The app is frustrating to use due to its slowness and frequent disconnections.
- The app is needed to operate the camera, making it not worth having if it is unreliable.
- The app constantly crashes and cannot make a connection.
- The camera's main way of connecting is through WiFi, which can be problematic if there is no service.
- The app is clunky and not intuitive.
- Bluetooth seems to be pointless and unusable.
