Close and restart the RESTer app on iPhone
Update RESTer app to the Latest Version for iOS

To resolve RESTer network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RESTer app issues:

Force Stop the RESTer App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RESTer app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RESTer to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RESTer App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RESTer app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RESTer.

Fix RESTer unable to contact server/ RESTer internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RESTer » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got RESTer » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RESTer on android.
