How to fix Nirvana app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Nirvana app on iPhone
Update Nirvana app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Nirvana iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Nirvana on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Nirvana network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Nirvana Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Nirvana not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Nirvana App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nirvana » click [Force Stop]

Update Nirvana to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nirvana App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nirvana » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nirvana.

Fix Nirvana unable to contact server/ Nirvana internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nirvana » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nirvana » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Nirvana
