I really like this program, but development on the product seems to have slowed to a crawl while they devote their efforts to other platforms. In addition, while they used to be responsive to support requests, I’ve sent in two requests in the last month with no response other than an automated acknowledgement that they received my request. Hope they’re still around.

I absolutely love the clean look and feel of Nirvana, but hate that I can’t just purchase the Pro upgrade as a one time purchase. I feel like I am renting the app and will end up paying hundreds of dollars for it over the years rather than the ability to buy and own today.

Nirvana is the best of the GTD options out there on the web. It adheres very closely to the GTD philosophy and lets me get through my tasks with minimum effort. The pricing is quite reasonable too. Unfortunately, I have to take off one point because the app feels more like a website than a native iOS app at times. I could deal with the clunky animations, but the lack of support for subtle things like going back by swiping in from the left side of the screen still catches me from time to time. A full rewrite isn’t necessary, but more attention to platform conventions would be appreciated if they’re not going to go the native route. If you use the web version, this app is a great companion. If you only want something for mobile though, you may want to look at other options with better mobile offerings.
