Was interested in how the service worked, and it seemed the only way to really get transparent pricing was by downloading the app. I was prompted for an email and phone number, and have since been barraged by phone calls (both on my personal cell and at the restaurant, which the sales associate took it upon himself to look up). After making it clear on multiple counts that I wasn’t interested in pursuing the service (way too expensive for our small business) I asked him to please stop calling us, and he got heated and called me rude, basically going on a tirade about how poorly I’ve treated him (because I wasn’t interested in purchasing what he was selling?) So unprofessional, and put a terrible taste in my mouth. Will never consider this option again.

App is fine. They had our order history so ordering was not difficult. Made a big $600 order for a Saturday delivery. I moved my day around to receive the order and made sure I had employees ready to help me receive the order. If seemed that they were delayed and the Restaurant Cheetah rep assured my that they were on their way.
They never showed. No driver, no delivery, no product. I tried to contact the rep who had helped me put together the order and she never even wrote back. I cancelled the delivery and they offered me a $10” credit if I wanted to try them again. After all that i was not incentivized to give them another shot. Nice idea but bottom line is I never got my delivery. What’s the point of this service?

App is okay. But the customer service is very very bad. We frequently order like in daily basis for our restaurant, but these guys are poor in picking up right items,
They cannot wait for the fork lifters to come get the out of stock items and texts cheetah is unable to get your items. Very funny, when I can get every items from the restaurant depot why can’t Cheetah do it when i pay $399 every month. For nothing??? This time Cheetah delivery is way tooooo late and every item we got was a waste and trash. Cheetah is confused to refund for those damaged items. For waht should I pay for these guys??? I can recommend the app developers not the service after you pay every month $399. Need more work out in terms of service.
