I have a problem with Granta

No current problems

- App freezes on iOS 11.3

- Automatically signs out every three days

- Does not keep your spot in a piece after leaving the app

- The Weekly content is presented as one undifferentiated pile

- No indication of Fiction or Nonfiction

- No option to select font size

- Poor support from Granta

- App is unusable on recent incarnations of iOS 11

- Unable to read articles, only able to see the table of contents

Table of Contents:

To resolve Granta network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Granta App
1. On android, goto Settings » Granta » click [Force Stop]

Clear Granta App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Granta » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Granta.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Granta » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Granta » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Granta
