Very bad
We went to defacto and we bought some clothes the cashier there offered us delivery for the clothes and said it was something new, so we accepted because we wanted to try, they kept saying the order will come in 2 days it took A LONG time!!! when it came they didnt give us all the clothes and we literally paid for them?!we called them and they said they will give us the rest in a few days after a long time it arrived and guess what? the pants had A SENSOR in it?! can you believe that?! I do not recommend!!

Very stupid app/ Very bad customers service
I order an item online through the app. After successful payment, the order was deleted from the account. Now, I can’t track my order or get a refund. The customer service is terrible, no help at all.
