The workers have no idea & knowledge to fix issues related to AC and depending on guess. Better to call the AC company for any major issues it will save your time and money.

العمالة غير مدربة وتعتمد على مسألة التخمين لحل المشاكل المتعلقة بالمكيفات حيث انني طلبت مرتين لتصليح تبريد المكيف وفي كل زيارة يخبرني الفني بمشاكل كبيرة بمكيفي وتحتاج اموال طائلة وعند طلب صيانة من وكالة المكيف للتأكيد على كلام فنيي “بيتك” تصبح المشكلة سهلة الحل ولا تكلف كثيراً

Used to be a great app. Unfortunately, cannot log at times. When logged in, it logs me off everytime although I’ve updated B8akبيتك . The currency showing is in Saudi Riyals not BHD. Please fix ASAP.

Bad workers, not professional, slow, dummy and expensive compared by other shops and that app already they using workers from others shops..
Not recommend or try them and tell me your opinion with little headache. Lol

Through this service we booked Al-Arabiya Paints Est. to paint our entire garden. The job cost over 3000SR. After 2 months the paint began to peel and look horrible. We tried for months to reach the company/painter and we couldn’t. Finally Baytk said warranty on any job is just 30 days. Look out for Fake companies too.

The idea of the application is amazing but the providers need to verified with higher standards, and penalty to be added on them in case of not showing in time

B8akبيتك provides a good selection of services.
The also offer coupon discounts, which are poorly managed.
The way B8akبيتك works is it sends the user a company/staff that decide on cost. When the cost is decided, the company/staff expect immediate cash payment, and do not accept that there is a discount on B8akبيتك .

I would recommend B8akبيتك handling payments, not only to give better management of payment, but also to give options such as Debit/Credit Cards and Apple Pay (which are not options as it stands)

I like it very much since the workers are very professional and they, visiting you on time and it will shorten the period of troubleshooting and rectification moreover the warranty.

B8akبيتك is very useful, I highly recommend it for everyone in town.
