How to fix Continuo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Continuo app on iPhone
Update Continuo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Continuo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Continuo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Continuo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Continuo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Continuo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Continuo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Continuo » click [Force Stop]

Update Continuo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Continuo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Continuo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Continuo.

Fix Continuo unable to contact server/ Continuo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Continuo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Continuo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
