You only get one take for each question so if you mess up you can’t explain yourself like you can in a person to person interview which ends up making you look incompetent. Also you’re timed which is ridiculous. What a horrible excuse for an interview.

Impersonal, manipulative and unprofessional. You get three seconds to read the question before your camera is forced on, there you get only two minutes to respond. There’s a similar number of multiple choice questions with the same restrictions as the video portion.

Companies can save a lot of money, and get a more personal interaction that works both ways, by using this thing called a TELEPHONE to talk to people if they’re afraid to do in-person interviews. You’ll get a dynamic fun experience™ and it won’t cost you any more than you’re already spending for telephone service (landline or otherwise).

Do it now, you’ll thank me later!

PS: I told the employer using this service I’d do an in person or phone interview. I declined to use this. Utter GARBAGE.

I understand the risk with in person interview with covid going on and all that. But having to record answers to questions in flash cards can't be an accurate way to decide who you want to employ for your company or not. I'd rather have a phone call or zoom if they need to see my face. This make me feel like doing an assignment in school waiting to get graded.

Openly admits to collecting user data and likeness in a not secured way. Read the policy closely. Also violates the disability part of the Equal Employment laws by adding a serious of time constraints. Had to call employer hr in order to supersede TalviewCandidate. Just another data collection company adding themselves to the mass of programs that already due this job better. Wish I had at least one positive thing to say as I prefer constructive criticism, but….nope.

With covid and all it seems like a good idea, but I found myself leaving TalviewCandidate a lot to think about the questions. One of them is actually mind boggling and would have been so much more clearer if a person was on the other side explaining it in more detail. I say they should give more time to think and have an actual interviewer instead of flash cards with questions on them

Quick and intuitive, just generally felt like a nice way to get a good amount of information about who I am what I’m about and how I would handle situations to let employer know who I am without going through a very long process or arbitrarily denying candidates

I used TalviewCandidate for a video interview and I thought the experience overall was good other than occasional video format issues but no app can get them perfect. Other than that great experience

This is actually an amazing platform. It’s easy to use and you can have an interview in the comfort of your home which is a lot better than going to an office and meeting your boss in person.

I have never done a video interview before, and TalviewCandidate made the whole process painless and easy to get it all done!

Yeah overall worked well for video interview, some the of sizing of the question/video screens were a little hard to work with. Smooth time as a whole tho.

I really enjoy the interview process. Very simple and quick. The format looks great . Much easier then i thought. Was kind of overwhelmed but it turned out great . I definitely recommend :)

Had an interview with Best Buy, no pressure or no one in your face staring you down while you try not too stutter lol. Great app 🙌🏾👍🏾

Overall a good app has a option of practicing beforehand to really get you prepared
