I have a problem in class 10 chemistry in which I am not able to get any further on Chemical reactions-types section of chemical equations and reaction. I am stuck on the break down section of reaction- types. After watching the video and solving the question when I click on next, a white screen appears and nothing is accessible on the app afterwards and when I reopen the app and try to do it again the same thing happens again

How to fix BYJU'S app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BYJU'S app on iPhone
Update BYJU'S app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BYJU'S iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BYJU'S on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BYJU'S network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BYJU'S Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BYJU'S not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BYJU'S App
1. On android, goto Settings » BYJU'S » click [Force Stop]

Update BYJU'S to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BYJU'S App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BYJU'S » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BYJU'S.

Fix BYJU'S unable to contact server/ BYJU'S internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BYJU'S » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BYJU'S » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BYJU'S
