I QUESTION THE LEGALITY OF THE WAY YOU ARE CONDUCTING BUSINESS. It appears you have a team of commodity traders watching what gets loaded in carts and artificially juggle the prices in real time to increase your profit factor as if the carts were engaged in an auction bidding for a higher price. Worst, you may keep clients waiting for answers in your chat to buy time to increase the number of “bidding” clients and sell out at a pre-targeted price much higher than the original lower prices advertised. Wanted to order rear rotors for my Audi RS6. Rotors are directional - left and right. Different OEM numbers and different pricing. App is not letting me to order one left and one right. It adds 2 left and 2 right. After contacting customer support being asked for VIN. Gave them OEM numbers but their specialist needed VIN to check fit. After having VIN was asked what is the diameter of the rotors. God save from such specialist. 😂. Customer support needed order number. “Lovely” is that i will get the number after paying with Pay Pal 4 rotors and they will change my order and i strongly rejected impossibilities cause my money will disappear in ignorance.

I bought a part for my car I waited almost 2 months when I was told it would be 20 days. Also, when I got the part I went to the shop to replace it it was broken and didn’t work. And now it’s been almost a month trying to return and refund the money, but I didn’t get and thing yet, they say they need to approve the warranty. I am not a mechanic to know why the part doesn’t work all I wanted is to replace and fix my car, and now I’m not getting a refund and now even half of the what I paid to the shop to replace it.
