So much better!

Much better than before, with only one pet peeve- I hate that the facial recognition login is instant when you open the app. I access an account and also my husband’s account from time to time, but no matter what, every time I open the app, it opens his account instantly. Then I have to logout and retry it, with my phone pointed away from my face so it will “fail”. Sometimes I forget and end up logging in and back out 3 or 4 times! Other than that- perfect.

Easy to Use Online Banking

I have been able to go to online banking relatively easily. Of course, Lauren at DCCU was a good teacher, so my experience was off and running pretty smoothly. The good folks at DCCU will take the time to get you up to speed. Then the app is quite straightforward.

It is a good app. Very convenient to send and receive funds between the family. One question to benefit us night shift people, is it possible to have dark screen option so we aren’t blinded when opening?
