I have a problem with WVMetroNews

No current problems

- Does not work with the latest iPhone update

- App stopped working after an update and has not been fixed

- Unable to read all reader comments or load additional comments/replies

- Cannot post comments due to issues with logging into Facebook

- Pop-up ads take away from the user experience.

I switched to an iPhone XS Max and now WVMetronews app does not allow me access.🤷🏻‍♂️

To resolve WVMetroNews network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the WVMetroNews App
1. On android, goto Settings » WVMetroNews » click [Force Stop]

Clear WVMetroNews App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WVMetroNews » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WVMetroNews.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WVMetroNews » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WVMetroNews » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WVMetroNews
