Best suggestion I can make is list the active city’s where contracts are available to avoid everybody giving IndeedFlex 1 star I like that indeed is getting into the gig work game. It cuts down the cost of training people who just got the job because the needed to use the insurance the company offers. Saves the company money the trainers frustration and allows people to prove themselves and to be given the opportunity to be offered a permanent job. Much better than the sit down interviews we’ve all dealt with that are awkward. So give them some time to find the jobs for us. Hit the breaks before hitting one star. But please devs list city’s that are active starting off. I made it all the way to booking my assessment before I couldn’t continue my application.

It took me 2 months to get an interview and have my skill assessment put in. When I originally applied it was solely because I’m a forklift operator and I wanna work part time not this mandatory OT all these companies are forcing from being understaffed. I even submitted my license with my app only for me to be verified for everything but forklift jobs. And then for the hiring person to put me in at $12/hour- I’m 7 years certified operator 10 years logistics. I don’t work for $12 nowhere doing back breaking labor (that’s all they offer me). I emailed them 4 times for 3 weeks. No response. But they email me forklift jobs I can’t apply to. App deleted and when I figure out how to remove myself from their database I will. Waste of time.

So I’ve got as far as putting everything in there and then it says that I need to Book a date for my skills assessment,And when I try to click on a date that it says pick a date suits you I cannot click on anything else it won’t let me click on a date for the next year at that fact! So until I can get any further I’d say I give it three stars because, there’s just no use in even trying to apply they’ve got all my information everything else and therefore, I can’t get anywhere else with them.

I will never want to recommend this to no one their communication is awful they say you get paid 19 when it’s time for your first paycheck now they say your getting paid 14 and they mess with your hours you call or email them they don’t know what’s going on and theRecruiter will sell u a dream just so they can get their bonus and when it’s time for you to get paid no one is to be found they pay you when they want to and half pay you I’m so hurt I was on time everyday drove 34 minutes back and forth to get treated unfairly and under paid this is not right at all and I’m not the only one it happened to

I just wanted to write a review to let the next person know that you will have to download pictures of yourself give them your Social Security number date of birth address and all this other type of information pertaining to your identity and what you’re looking for and it will take you a good 20 minutes to fill out all of their forms. They will even schedule an interviewBy computer with you. As far as I know they cannot give you any jobs unless they service that area and they only service about six or seven majorCities.

I like indeed flex more than other gig spps because the customer service is unmatched. The chat support people actually know how to help you, and they do so efficiently. Every question ive had has been answered by a real person within minutes or hours. Ive never had to wait a long time for assistance

I enjoy working when I want to for the wage that I desire and indeed flex made that possible for me almost instantly big thanks to indeed flex

Do not book a job with these people. They pay weekly, but every week your pay will be WRONG. Hours are incorrect every week. They will book you for a contract then end that contract prematurely with no warning, no communication or anything. You can’t EVER reach out to anyone. No management, no HR, and chat agents are NEVER available. You are left in the dark 24/7. If you send an email to support you will be waiting 5 days for a response. Any other job is better than this one.

It would not be an issue that they scheduled an interview with me and they found out LATER that I was not in their area. HOWEVER, I had to give my information PRIOR to setting a time for an interview. When I entered the Zoom meeting- with several other people attending, (more of a webinar than interview), I was asked to leave and told they would reach out when they were in my area. Not impressed. Hopefully it improves. Waste of my time.

I recently downloaded, and setup IndeedFlex. I set an interview choosing a a slot between 12:00 and 12:30 the next day, today, but when I attempted to attend I received a message saying I was removed from the zoom meeting, then every time after the first attempt, a message saying I have been blocked from the meeting. When revisiting IndeedFlex I’m unable to get support, only told to attend the interview.

Do not download ! They take forever to post jobs they always say next week we are adding more nothing but lies and when you need help from support all they do is tell you what they think you want to hear and never come up with any solutions. Having you wait on them is a waste of time. If I could give this 0 stars I would

The work info I was originally given was not correct and my other two shifts were cancelled before 24 hours. I tried to contact someone via the chat and even at 5:20 am it was “busy”. It was also “busy” all day yesterday when i was trying to touch base about the job details onsite.

I got a notification that I’ve been offered a shift and when I click to claim I find out it’s been giving to someone else , I think you guys need more work done on IndeedFlex and employ sound technicians .
Also if you’re in the north east I won’t advise you signing up coz there’s really no job for you in the whole of north east

I got all the way up to where it asks you to pick a date for the skills assessment, and it wouldn’t let me pick a date now or in the future. So what am I supposed to do now???

Very glitchy with low level of accountability from the Dev / support team to fix the issues.
The jobs are legitimate. Getting verified for each type of job requires a new interview for each job type. Upfront time to get started is high

Want you to have an "interview" which is someone steamrolling you through a bunch of different websites to get you signed up. Probably commission on each sign up. Jobs are random, bottom feeder, and few. Not impressed. Just stick with job sites and gig economy. If you're super desperate you can use this temporarily.

IndeedFlex took away the ability to view time sheet, pay stubs. When you email someone it it takes days for a response. Or the chat is busy for hours. This is a complete waste and makes working for indeed hard enough. Would give zero stars if I could.

Been using IndeedFlex for less than 1 month. Support doesnt respond but will continously close any support inquiries you make. My check was short over 400 dollars and no one at support has been helpful or communicative. IndeedFlex IS A WASTE OF TIME. YOU WILL NOT MAKE MONEY WITH THEM BECAUSE THE PEOPLE RUNNING IndeedFlex CLEARLY DO NOT HOW TO DO THERE JOB. USE ANY APP BUT THIS IF YOU HAVE BILLS TO PAY.

I applied did I the interview everything went well until it was time to book a job and it stay stuck in the book a interview and wouldn’t allow me to book any shifts

It keeps telling I need to update app but there is no update for app available.

Customer care is wack, I worked 14 hours shift and didn’t get my pay. IndeedFlex says I did not work. Even got a strike on top of that. They promised to contact the shift manager and fix the problem . It’s been over 2 weeks . Nothing was ever fixed . I labored in vein

Receive emails about gigs available or being re opened but when I log into app itself don’t see any jobs in my “alerts”

Not sure if it’s a glitch, but needs to be looked into, otherwise I’m going to look into other reliable apps.

It won’t let me schedule a date to submit my documents. All days & months are shown as unavailable

I believe it’s a scam it doesn’t let me pick a date and it took my information.

It doesn’t allow me to book an interview so what I suppose to do now i gave all my information
