Every time I try to open the app I immediately get the notifacation "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later..." Two days ago I downloaded the app and did 2 surveys, the last 2 days I always get the notification above. What can I do to fix this problem?

The app refuses to let me log in. It says my number is blocked and that I cannot make a new account. But I already have an account, I just want to access it.
