Every time I try to open the app I immediately get the notifacation "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later..." Two days ago I downloaded the app and did 2 surveys, the last 2 days I always get the notification above. What can I do to fix this problem?

How to fix Streetbees app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Streetbees app on iPhone
Update Streetbees app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Streetbees iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Streetbees on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Streetbees network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Streetbees Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Streetbees not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Streetbees App
1. On android, goto Settings » Streetbees » click [Force Stop]

Update Streetbees to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Streetbees App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Streetbees » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Streetbees.

Fix Streetbees unable to contact server/ Streetbees internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Streetbees » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Streetbees » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Streetbees
