this app does not give an option to delete your account or delete your financial info from their app. I have sent three emails to them regarding this and have waited weeks with no reply. I do not recommend using them.
Cityscoot and the motorcycles are very reliable. Easy to use. There is definitely no more convenient means of transport in Paris.

They let you get ALL THE WAY through the registration process before telling you that US drivers licenses do not qualify.
Unless you have an EU license, youβre ineligible.
Horrible do not use! Impossible to sign up and takes forever and Cityscoot is confusing and I called and emailed and they did nothing to help me get set up! What a waste of time and horrible app!
Entirely stuck in the registration process. On my iPhone : an error occurs every time I try to upload my document. On my Android, Iβm stuck at the password verification stage (itβs verifying but never confirming that itβs the same password). Very frustrating.

Wanted to delete account & personal info such as credit card. No option. Took 4 emails to customer service before getting privacy@redacted address (so I have to keep asking instead of just doing it). Now 3 weeks later no reply still. Absolute mismanagement for a simple step that should be able to execute myself about my own personal information (cf EU regulations). Be wary to trust!
