I lost my card a few weeks ago and have contacted Parkers thru the app on my cell phone and again on my computer and was told I would have an answer shortly but couple of weeks later and no response and still no replacement. Can you help me get a replacement gas card? Would appreciate a response?

Upon further review this is from my bank statements 4/ 5/2023 $6.99….4/11/2023 $6.99 5/4/2023 $6.99….5/10/2023 $6.99 6/5/2023 $6.99….6/12/2023 $6.99 7/5/2023 $6.99….7/10/2023 $6.99 8/7/2023 $6.99….8/10/2023 $6.99 9/5/2023 $6.99….9/11/2023 $6.99 By my Calculations I have been over charged $41.94! Seems awful high when I probably didn’t get 10 free drinks for the first $6.99 a month that I paid..So in total I’ve paid $83.88 for my chewy ice club for the 6 months I’ve had it . Not to mention on 9/8/2023 I was charged $1.07 for a drink that should have been under the chewy ice program.. I have tried repeatably to contact someone about this with NO RESPONSE except giving me telephone numbers where I HAVE LEFT NUMEROUS messages with NO call backs!!! I would like to speak with someone who can correct this PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE !!!!!!!!! This was a contact referred to me by ZipLine !!!

I have been a Parkers customer for several years. a few weeks ago i sent to fill my truck up with gas and my Parkers card would not work. I went inside and the associate told me I had to get a new card which i did. I activated it over the weekend and my 90 point did not transfer. I called the Customer Service 833-531-0185 number 4 times and left my name, number and issue and no one has called me back. When I go in to make a purchase with my new card i am not being charged correctly. ex. 2 25oz bud lights should be $4.50 w/card. I am charged $6.38. 12 pack bud light s/b $12.99 w/card. I am being charged 13.99 with card. I spend between $200.00 to $250.00 a week at Parkers. I have 80 points on my new card that I can not use when I purchase gas. The pump will not ask me to redeam my pionts.

I spend a lot of money and I use the rewards and it saying earn 10 cents for every 25 spent in store I have spent over 25 dollars in the store more closer to like 50 or 100 I don’t go much but I go enough I should I earned like 40 cents off my gas but my rewards only says 11 dollars I guess the app and rewards is broken hopefully this bug will be fixed I should have a lot more cents on my rewards for my gas and says I haven’t earn not even 10cents. Very disappointed in the parkers app I should like I said at least earned 40 cents off.

Great store! Always try to find a Parker’s wherever I am, if I’m needing a gas station. Just decided to get a rewards card. Downloaded the app, tried to scan the card and it would not scan. So, I entered the rewards card number and it still did not accept it. I tried to continue without the card number, entered all of my information and tried to click “sign up” and it would not work. I would love to sign up, please fix the app so that I can!

This app used to be fine (even though it wouldn’t link to my bank account). Since the update I’ve been logged out. There is no option for “forgot password”. If I type anything it’s black text on a black field. So when I try to sign up for a new account I can’t see anything I’ve entered. I had to just give up and pay full price in the store and now even at home I can’t figure out what you expect me to do.
