Update loop

Currently evaluating the solution for our condo. Installed the mobile app, but when logging in, presented with error box stating “Update Required” that the installed version (which is current) is longer supported.
Upon selecting the “update” button option, I am taken back to App Store, where only the “Open” option is available. Selecting that, I am taken back to Neigbrs , resulting in a endless loop condition.
Unable to create an account

The account creation link shown in the screenshots is missing from Neigbrs . Seems like a pretty important feature to have available for new users.

Worked for a while but now no push notices come through

I don’t get any notices through Neigbrs . Have d uninstalling and reinstallng, turning off notifications and saving then turning back on but nothing.
Terrible app for use by HOAs which is inherently terrible

Cannot attach media files. Highly unintuitive Layout. Hire a UX designer.. any UX designer honestly.
Test out your app before deploying it.

Hours use to show as normal time now only military time. Push messages in Spanish now. Cannot find any support on using app to make changes.
