I have a problem with MoleScope

- Can only share one mole with a doctor at a time

- Only offers yearly subscription, no cheaper options for occasional use

- Missing features such as mole area square size calculator and coin feature

- No option to toggle between 2D/3D on body map page

- No way to change dates on photos

- App may not work after updating to version 1.10

- No option to have multiple family members on one account

To resolve MoleScope network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the MoleScope App
1. On android, goto Settings » MoleScope » click [Force Stop]

Clear MoleScope App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MoleScope » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MoleScope.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MoleScope » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MoleScope » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MoleScope
