1 year agoTrail Max is supposed to be the vendor for ARK research lab. I am part of Study # 1345. I was informed that I would receive $10.00 each time I recorded my current status to Trial Max. I have reported for 6 weeks and received $0.00. Ark Research says it is up to Trail Max to make these payments. If I cannot get this resolved I will be forced to file a class action lawsuit, I have a copy of the contract from Ark Research.

How many failures does it take to fix it right!
I’ve had to download this app three times after two deletions because it worked for awhile the first time the failed, the second time it worked once then failed, it remains to be seen how it’ll do on this third download.
