The app was making me log in today but kept giving me the message “A server with the specified host name could not be found”. Tried logging in through google, Apple, and tried the “Forgot password” option and nothing worked.

I have 2for1 vip. However it has locked up so I can’t use it. Tried today with no luck. I pay $3.99 plus tax. What good is the app if I can’t use it???? Do I get a refund?

How to fix 2 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the 2 app on iPhone
Update 2 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 2 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 2 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 2 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

2 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix 2 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the 2 App
1. On android, goto Settings » 2 » click [Force Stop]

Update 2 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 2 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 2 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 2.

Fix 2 unable to contact server/ 2 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 2 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 2 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
