I have spent time in the jungle in mud huts and had better connection than this company offers. It constantly goes on an off and is not reliable for work. It functions 50%-75% of the time.
izzi opens but gets frozen on the advertisement page and then does nothing. The wifi itself is a little slow but completely unreliable. I would not recommend this for anything more than checking unimportant emails.
Everything about this service is trash. Unstable internet and the worst cable service I have experienced. Any other option couldn’t be worse. Canceling my service.

Seems like the company/app developer does not care about iPhone users at all. izzi has been completely non-functional for more than half a year, crashing as soon as it is launched. This should probably give you a good idea of their internet service overall, avoid at all costs if there are alternatives in your area.

Someone is using my email to set up their internet so I get all their emails. this app refuses to remove my email if I don’t provide them with personal information. Scam or identity theft anyone?
After open izzi , it close suddenly after you click Start ( comenzar ) and you cant do anything on it !! please !! fix it !!!!
I’m try to pay my bill but the this app app will not open. It freezes and shuts down during a holiday graphic but I need to urgently make my payment so I can work.
It crashes every single time before even logging in. I have an up to date iPhone 15. Even updates don’t help. They need to fix the issue.

Have tried to enter app and it will not allow me in. Have checked my user name, tried to update my password and it keeps telling me I have the wrong credentials. Very poor service. About the same efficacy as it internet dependability.
