Moovn has some high potential to upstage Uber and Lyft in the near future

I’m having difficulty signing up. I’m trying to reset my password but the process isn’t following through. Overall Moovn is fidgety

I think it’s a great app but ever since I started using the timedpickups app I have seen more improvements there. They also have better features than this app!

I was interested in Moovn as an alternative to big (and plainly unethical) players like Uber and Lyft. In its infancy, Moovn has an interesting interface but isn't as intuitive as it could be. The real problem, however, is that there's simply too few drivers in their network—in all honesty, I still haven't successfully executed a ride. Even in midtown Manhattan, I can't get a car in the evening or on a weekend afternoon. I've experienced this with other up-and-coming cab apps, and the bold ones always got better at expanding service. I hope the same for this app.

5 stars because it's black owned. I cannot request a ride yet due to Moovn still being under construction. Though I have faith that Moovn will improve soon & become more user friendly.

Others need to be aware of Moovn so drivers can be located in my area and others. I haven't been able to get a ride due to drivers being unavailable in my area.

So proud of the creators of this. It is not easy to compete against two established startups. I appreciate your courage and I 100% support black owned businesses. Will be using Moovn from now on. Keep going and you all will be successful!

I wanted to like Moovn but it is not functional as a ride share app. It says it works in dc so I downloaded it. I was able to set pick up but not destination. I wasn't sure if I was too far out so I moved to pick up to different parts of the city but still no destination option. There is no FAQ section with an explanation beyond the initial sign in explanation. It looks good but doesn't work! :(

I believe in black owned businesses and travel to New York quite frequently. I'm looking forward to trying it out there. If you all need a copywriter or content strategist, let me know! #iSupportBlackBusiness

Downloaded just for the fact that it is black owned. I look forward to see "this app" app improve and market everywhere! Supporting minority businesses is remarkably important. Let's rise up together! ✊🏽

I'm not finding the option after 15mins on this current version... Still giving 5 Stars. I have hope!

Would love to use this as an Uber/lyft alternative. Moovn has a smooth interface and I love that is allows you to set car reservations. Now I'm just waiting for cars for the SF Bay Area.

Even though I can't request a ride now, I'm sticking with Moovn. The fact that it's black owned has my sold. Great job, and keep pushing!

Moovn will be more effective if you add Cash payment method especially in Tanzania.

Every. Single. Time I have opened Moovn all I see is NO CARS.

I live in Brooklyn Heights, in EVERY other app there is an abundance of cars available at almost any time of the day.

I'm not deleting yet because I honestly want to give Moovn a chance & want it to become my go to and become a major player... but what is a gal to do when you're just not giving me any other option but to go elsewhere?

Maybe take it off the market and relaunch when it's actually ready?

I really like Moovn , no service in my area yet though.

Solid App that has all the essentials. Shows me a clear estimate of the fare before booking. I will likely use this more for advanced trips (i.e. To the airport etc).

No startup discount, no service in Ridgewood Queens yet, but black-owned makes me willing to rate it highly to help it through its growing pains. Has potential.
