How to Cancel Ride Circuit

Surpassed when or hotel told us about this app and service. It had exceeded or expectations because it's literally 'pick you up wherever you are' and 'drop you off at any place within the service range.' we waited longer for 1 pickup, perhaps because it was lunchtime and we were down at Seaport village. Even so, the app tells you the driver's name and ETA and keeps you updated with alerts as well as on the map. This service alone has made our downtown SD stay pretty seamless, very efficient, and so pleasant without parking or traffic hassles. GREAT!

randomly seen the free ride vehicle a couple of times while standing outside at work. i flagged one down and asked all about it! got great info about it from the driver. i’ve used it to get home from work, two days in a row! it’s great, very convenient and the app is easy to use. this is going to be great for our city of long beach! thank you Free Ride.

Always great drivers and on time. People need to use the app vs trying to flag them down. When you use the app it’s a schedule pick up, it they have 5 pick ups they can’t just stop and pick you up. So people writing bad reviews, use the app and schedule. Love it thank you all

The Circuit app developers listened! I’ve been using Circuit for 2 years in Marina del Rey and had been very frustrated when they went from texts to the app. I wrote to the management team and left a review here as well with the issues that I was experiencing. I stopped using this service for about a month or two and in that time they fixed nearly all of the issues. It is much easier to use this app now and I generally use it at least once or twice a week. It’s still not perfect and there are some times where no drivers are available, but for the most part I am now really enjoying using this service and recommend it in Marina Del Rey!

I can’t understand why the drivers cancel the request after they accept them. It’s unprofessional...is it because the ride is free. Other times you request a ride and you see them but no one accept the ride. They need more drivers so it can run smoothly. Their was a time when a driver cancels the rides and just be sitting and not moving. Or say they don’t have enough power to pick me up. 😞 Maybe you need better reliable drivers in Hollywood Florida because all the drivers be busy or they pick up who they want. Circuit drivers will park until it’s time to get off the cancel the ride request 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
