1 year agoI have a pending payment of £26.99 coming out of my account. I do not consent to this being taken from my account. I was trying to delete the app from my phone. Please cancel this transaction with immediate effect.

2 years agoI clicked to sign up for a 3-day free trial, and was immediately charged £40.99 for a year subscription. I did not agree to this, and have just emailed them to report the issue. After I had signed up, I had to restart collages several times because the app wasn't registering that I had subscribed, so I wasted quite a lot of time doing this. It was very frustrating. I love the collages when this works, they look great. But the payment issue and the glitches in use would put me off using this app in the future.
