Confusing and too busy.
Some what confusing. Can’t see as many transactions as older system. May be there is a way but can’t seem to find transactions from last two months....may just take some getting used to...

Verification methods are not customer friendly
This new update on the HFCU website as well as the new app is not helpful to military members. I’m currently deployed and can’t receive SMS messages, only iMessages. For the HFCU app and also the Authy app used for verification, members have to be able to receive SMS in order to get into their account. So if you deploy and turn your phone off to save money or don’t have an international phone you essentially can’t get into your account. Possibly for the next 6 months to a year, I won’t be able to get into my account due to this update. What’s the point of asking for an email address if you can’t use it as a means of user verification? 2 thumbs down. Might have to switch banks because of this.

New App is Crapp
Went from visibility over last 2 months’ transactions to last 48 hours? Wow, what an enhancement. The new app is useful for checking ur balance, that’s about it. Considering switching to a bank with useful mobile banking.
