How to Cancel NatureID - AI Plant Identifier Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open Settings » ~Your name~ » and click "Subscriptions".
- Click the NatureID (subscription) you want to review.
- Click Cancel.

- Click "View Information" and sign in if asked to.
- Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
- Click "Edit" beside the NatureID - AI Plant Identifier app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".

To cancel your NatureID subscription on PayPal, do the following:
- Login to www.paypal.com .
- Click "Settings" » "Payments".
- Next, click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
- You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to. Click on "NatureID - AI Plant Identifier" or "Freeplay Inc" to cancel.
How to delete NatureID account:
- Reach out directly to NatureID via Justuseapp. Get all Contact details →
- Send an email to [email protected] Click to email requesting that they delete your account.
Delete NatureID - AI Plant Identifier from iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold NatureID - AI Plant Identifier until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the NatureID - AI Plant Identifier app.
Delete NatureID - AI Plant Identifier from Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose NatureID - AI Plant Identifier, » then click "Uninstall".

4 months agoThe app does not have an option to cancel the subscription. iPhone settings takes you to the app but there is no cancellation button. It’s a total waste of time trying to figure this out. It is deceiving. The cancelation should be available as it is for most apps. I would never use or recommend this app in the future.

4 months agoI want to cancel the subscription. On my iPhone I go to Subscriptions and click on the NatureID: Plant Identification, Premium membership and there is no Cancel option, only the option to change my subscription. How do I cancel???

1 year agoI subscribed to Nature ID on Sunday 8/29, then cancelled immediately. However, I was charged $29.99 on 8/31, and I no longer have the option of cancelling. I am now subscribed until 2022. Please cancel and refund. This is not what I thought It would be.

2 years agoI didn’t realize I would be charged for a 1 year subscription and immediately canceled within minutes. !! I would Like a full refund!! How can I make sure am not charged for a full year? Your Preset fir using the app should allow for at least a trial week or day not to mention a few minutes !! I would have definitely tried your app for even the week if the default had not been the year automatically charged. This is so dishonest abs I will definitely contest
