1. The developer of Ox is Oxford University Press and all inquiries must go to them.
2. Cancelling a subscription during a free trial may result in losing a free trial account.
3. You must always cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

Removing card details from Ox if you subscribed directly is very tricky. Very few websites allow you to remove your card details. So you will have to make do with some few tricks before and after subscribing on websites in the future.

How to Cancel Oxford Advanced Learner's Dict Subscription on a Mac computer:

1. Goto your Mac AppStore, Click ~Your name~ (bottom sidebar).
2. Click "View Information" and sign in if asked to.
3. Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
4. Click "Edit" beside the Oxford Advanced Learner's Dict app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".

How to Cancel Oxford Advanced Learner's Dict Subscription on Paypal:

To cancel your Ox subscription on PayPal, do the following:

1. Login to www.paypal.com .
2. Click "Settings" » "Payments".
3. Next, click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
4. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to. Click on "Oxford Advanced Learner's Dict" or "Oxford University Press" to cancel.

How to delete Ox account:

2. Send an email to [email protected] Click to email requesting that they delete your account.

Delete Oxford Advanced Learner's Dict from iPhone:

1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Oxford Advanced Learner's Dict until it starts shaking.
2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
3. Click on that X to delete the Oxford Advanced Learner's Dict app.

Delete Oxford Advanced Learner's Dict from Android:

1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
3. Choose Oxford Advanced Learner's Dict, » then click "Uninstall".
