Life Changing

This is by far one of the best decisions I’ve made. I dislike grocery shopping so much that I will choose not to eat if it means I have to go to the store. After being encouraged by my children to sign up. I did and I am so happy ! Mary (personal shopper) took great care to ensure I was getting the items I ordered and if it was unavailable that I could decide a second option or not. I placed my order and Mary filled the order text me if something was out and allowed me to replace it with another item. She text me when she was on her way, she text me when she got here, and sent me a photo of them at my door as I requested her to leave them.

For anyone who isn’t able to make it to the store or just plain out isn’t a fan of shopping, I had a great experience! My shopper picked out every item on my list as I asked the fruit was exactly as I wanted it. If there was an item unavailable I was messaged and asked if I would like a different type instead. She was very polite! and it took no time at all from ordering to my grocery’s being at my door step in time to start dinner, all without having to be exhausted taking my three little ones along with me! Very much love this having this option! 🙂

It was the night before the winter storm. Meijer grocery shelves were getting bare. Angela was the lucky one who accepted my shop. In her efforts to ensure I was satisfied with any substitution purchases, her commutations were ongoing. It was evident her mission was to keep me a satisfied customer. She communicated and made recommendations all along. It made my choice responses easy. The substitution she made for my meat (steak) preference was an excellent choice/pick. She was friendly and kind. She made me feel so comfortable, I felt like I could invite her in for a stay, just like family. I greatly appreciate her doing the shopping for me!

CHELSEA WAS A ROCK STAR!

She Stayed in communication with me always making sure I received what I ordered or we found A similar substitute instead of just not getting the item at all it’s just super frustrating. The customer service has also been amazing and if anything ever occurs they’ve taken care of it and a few times even giving me a credit on my account for any inconvenience. They are available for any questions with ordering, payments in communication with the shopper it really makes for an easy shopping experience!

Love this service!!

My shopper, Dawn was awesome today! Very friendly and pleasant! She was sufficient and called me for the products that were not available asking if I’d like a substitution! I hope to get her again sometime. That’s the only drawback to this service- if I get a shopper who is just wonderful (like Dawn), I wish we could use the same ones again. Otherwise, this service has been a God-send to handicapped people like me. Thank you so much for making my life so much easier!!
