It’s all about placement of your tag and if you have a case or not. I place my tag at the very top middle of my iPhone 8 Plus and it immediately picks up my smart ring. I do have to remove my case though.

I’m really thankful this app was put on the App Store for people with iPhones that want more functionality. Please try out this app if you have an iPhone 7 or higher. It’s really worth it.

Even though my phone can not support this i loved the message that popped up when i opened the app. I will get me a newer phone and get the app just because of the well worded message

Unfortunately this is not compatible with my phone but Im impressed with the developer response to the issue. If for nothing else, 5 stars for the care put into the app for its users
