I use UrbanSportsClub for one thing: scanning the barcode when I arrive in the gym. Every time I open UrbanSportsClub , takes a really long time to start up, then when it finally does, the camera often freezes. Sometimes, UrbanSportsClub will crash when scanning, approximately 30% of the time. Other times, the scan will work, but before I can click on my activity, it will go back to the camera and I have to scan it again. This increases the probability that I run into another freeze or crash.
This should not be such a bad experience, and it happens almost every single time I open UrbanSportsClub .
The only reason why I use UrbanSportsClub, is because I actually genuinely like Urban Sports. But the design and usability of UrbanSportsClub is an absolute disgrace for a modern “start up”. You should rebuild everything from the ground up - if you can’t do it yourself find a good agency, invest some money, and fix this. There is so much potential but this is shameful how un-usable UrbanSportsClub is. If you don’t fix this soon I might cancel my subscription.
Today was the 3rd time I went to a place and the course was either at different times than indicated or didn't take place at all. This is terrible service for this much money.
Also, choosing the sports you care about needs to be done again every time you use UrbanSportsClub and is very unuserfriendly... will probably cancel my subscription now.
- I’ve woke up early to try to attend 3 classes that haven’t happened.
- One of the yoga classes I did manage to “attend” was just an empty room with a yoga recording on video. I could have watched YouTube.
- There’s no feedback mechanism for this.
- I want my time and my money back. This was a waste of both.
Hey guys - this is a fantastic idea but why the changes to UrbanSportsClub ? It used to be so easy to filter activities on the map but now it's a mess and incredibly difficult to see what is and isn't in my area based on the selected filters.
Please make updates to this soon. It's terrible from a user experience.
First off, I love the concept of urban sports. However UrbanSportsClub has some serious navigation, filtering flaws that I really hoped USC would fix.Ultimately, I spend about as much time browsing Urban Sports for my next activity than I do actually doing them. This needs to stop or else I'll just cancel my subscription.
No idea why there are such low ratings, I love UrbanSportsClub and the concept! I recommend it to everyone💛

I think UrbanSportsClub is a mess. It’s hard to filter what is available and when. Also I wish I could sort out things better and easy, it takes a while to find a matching class and I can’t add many courses to the schedule - please improve!
