Spinning wheels on every template

The templates never even show up. All I see are spinning wheels. I purchased all of the templates, but they just don't load. Impossible to use this way. I want my money back!! What a ripoff. I wish I could give it zero stars. Update Factory so it can be used!!

Factory is not running. I would like to know how to get my money back. Apple helps them steal our money.

Most useless app I have ever downloaded

I downloaded Factory because I needed some pre-designed templates for a couple of businesses that I have, so that I could quickly and easily show potential customers my products. I was so excited when I opened it up and saw all of the beautiful free templates that are available. Unfortunately, when I attempted to create my first presentation, I found out that these templates are in a format that is not even supported by Keynote!!! WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE??? And not only that, but when I went to App Support to see if this could be remedied, the page is written in Chinese, so I cannot read it. Whoever created Factory is a liar.

Don't waste your time

This is just a catalogue whereby you have to buy each template.

Templates do not import?..

I have tested the free templates and they do not open in keynote, so application is worthless!

The version I have doesn't open automatically in keynote when I tap open, it brings up the " app open in..." Screen.

It need to open automatically in keynote.

Or have two open buttons

1) open
2) open with

Also, when a theme and/or template design is download that it will show up in keynote's theme picker on iOS devices.
