How to fix Lionheart app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lionheart app on iPhone
Update Lionheart app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lionheart iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lionheart on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lionheart network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lionheart Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lionheart not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lionheart App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lionheart » click [Force Stop]

Update Lionheart to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lionheart App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lionheart » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lionheart.

Fix Lionheart unable to contact server/ Lionheart internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lionheart » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lionheart » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lionheart
