PSA Online Submissions are not submitting and are instead timing out.

The PSA app used to be great for shopping for cards specific to your published sets. That feature no longer works. Please bring it back!

Close and restart the PSA app on iPhone
Update PSA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PSA iPhone app

To resolve PSA network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PSA app issues:

Force Stop the PSA App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PSA app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PSA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PSA App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PSA app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PSA.

Fix PSA unable to contact server/ PSA internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PSA » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PSA » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PSA on android.
