How to fix PSA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PSA app on iPhone
Update PSA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PSA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PSA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PSA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PSA Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PSA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PSA App
1. On android, goto Settings » PSA » click [Force Stop]

Update PSA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PSA App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PSA » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PSA.

Fix PSA unable to contact server/ PSA internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PSA » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PSA » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PSA
