PSA - Verify, Track, and Vault Reviews

How and where do I send cards to be graded? Oh you just ignore all those customers who aren’t even customers yet making your entire app development irrelevant for the purpose of gaining potential customers? Surely You don’t assume everyone downloading your app already sent their collections in to be graded THEN they decided to download your app? You say I can just whip out PSA and scan my cards but you forgot one little thing: NONE OF MY CARDS ARE GRADED YET SO YOUR APP IS POINTLESS UNTIL YOU’VE PROVIDED THE INFO ON HOW TO SEND IN CARDS AND GIVE ME A REASON TO DO SO WHILE MAKING IT CONVENIENT AND INEXPENSIVE. Unless you just expect your potential customers to whip out a magic wand and transform all of my ungraded cards into this app-Graded and then download PSA . Maybe I’ll go see if BGS is also ignoring the collectors considering to finally breakdown and send in their cards to be graded. Logic says they probably also skipped past the massive amount of uninformed customers because that would require effort. Who needs sales growth when you can just go straight to experienced collectors and sell them more products and services even though they probably cant afford it but they’ll bite the bullet anyways if those are the only bullets your pistol is compatible with. America: come for the stupid games, stay for the stupid prizes. Brag about stupid prizes until you forget that they sucked.

People aren’t very bright these days. Everyone loves a this app slab but yet none of these “collectors” take advantage of the registry provided by the very company adding all this extra value to their collectibles.
They do however use PSA to make sure that what they are buying from someone is certified . There is an increase on theft as well im sure it already existed.. if a person has their card registered, and it is stolen. They should be able to select from the same tab with active ,for sale ,sold , “ stolen” and it should reflect in PSA as such to prevent the resale of someone’s else hard work and wait time.. the theft should have to risk cracking it for a lower grade or enjoying it alone in the dark for ever.

You can add a card to a set and name it “this card is stolen 🚨 “ at least anyone smart enough to check the cert app will see and reconsider buying.

Nice to have the this app registry in the palm of your hand. So all future this app purchases will b a little easier now, and no more stress with all the scammers out there trying to sell fakes. Thank u this app. Great tool for your customers

PSA has an enormous amount of data compiled for your use that would take months, possibly years for a single person to gather. Thank you this app! This is an asset to any collector looking to be more informed.

Easy to use app the barcode scanner really helpful and has all the information you could need like population and estimated price

PSA is awesome and a wonderful idea, for us hobby ppl, being able to authenticate with our own eyes put u at ease before any trade is made!!!

Great tool, the image takes several attempts on 1 card then only once for another. Lightning or angle of the pic has no bearing. One and one if you use the block marker on the back of the slab.

Brings card values higher then into my bank account

I always come on here and look up cards and I like doing that get PSA

Can’t get PSA to actual load info for any cert. Have downloaded/uninstalled like three times and it just gives me the loading screen but never gives any info on anything.

Used it earlier today, then all of a sudden non of the same verification numbers were valid.

This company is horrible. No way to contact customer service and they didn’t ship back half of my cards, yet of course charged me for it. Wish I could give them ZERO stars!!!

Just like I said. You can have it stare at the card for an hour. May never pick it up. Annoying. Red line in the middle of the photo reader isn’t clear on how it should be positioned.

Um, received an unwanted update a few days ago and now your card information page shows nothing but a blank page. I trust another update to fix the problem is on the way. If not, well, it's been fun..........I gave you five stars for your past performance. However, I must give you zero stars for the update and recommend that no one download your app at this point in time.

For a multi billion company their app is one of the worst. No acknowledgement when request is completed. Just a terrible experience l.

Great job, this app! Finally, a card collecting app that's gone mobile. Once again, this app on the cutting edge, leaving their competitors in the wind. Only issue - perhaps this app will add this in an update - PSA won't verify autographed cert numbers. Other than that this app hit a home run on this new app. Definite must have for any serious card collector!!
