Inefficient in the delivery

I did my first purchase from this app and i guess it is my last one. My order was expected to be delivered by 3rd of June, suddenly on 3rd order status changes to β€˜order delayed due to external factors’ and when I try to call their customer care, I only get the same message through their recorded messenger, no customer care executive available to ensure and convey then order status. The saddest part is the order was in transit 3 days before my estimated delivery date, at a location which is 10 minutes from my house and I am trying to reach out to them so that I could collect it myself if there’s a delay, and I fail to reach anyone through customer care. Would never recommend this to anyone

Worst customer support ever experienced

Used many apps like this, customer support is dead slow in responding and resolving issues.

App crashes on iPhone 4 iOS 7.1.2

Fix the bug ASAP.
Works fine on my iPhone 5, but crashes on the iPhone 4 when I click on HealthKart icon.
Reinstalled it twice on the iPhone 4 but had the same issue.
