Wishing well amount via pay pal issue
I am not able to pull up my guest list after I log in. I am redirected to my wedding website URL or automatically logged out of WithJoy.
When I try to log in the page will just continue to load. Tried using different wifi, hot spots and another computer just to confirm the issue wasn't on my end.
Unable to send wedding invitations via email right now. Guest list is telling me that they have sent yet nobody has actually received the email with the e-card. This prompted me to do some experimenting with my mum and the email status next to her name on the guest-list is now saying that her email address doesn't exist - even though I have sent her 5 unrelated emails directly to her account today.
Joy is giving 502 error on logging in. Unable to see any information or access my account.
Registry page will not open for editing. Redirects to home page of our wedding website no matter how I open it. Tried opening edit link in an Incognito link and same problem.
Problems with all aspects of site. Trying to set up registry, complete page not displaying, design page comes up to only white screen. Issues with every page I try to edit and manage.
Nothing is working on the site for me - I can't add the registry shipping address, link a registry, or add a cash account. I've thought of everything I can (tried different browsers, checked login). The chat was not helpful. Is this website garbage or is it down right now or what?
