How to fix Wedding Planner app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wedding Planner app on iPhone
Update Wedding Planner app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wedding Planner iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wedding Planner on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wedding Planner network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Wedding Planner not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wedding Planner App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wedding Planner » click [Force Stop]

Update Wedding Planner to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wedding Planner App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wedding Planner » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wedding Planner.

Fix Wedding Planner unable to contact server/ Wedding Planner internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wedding Planner » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wedding Planner » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Wedding Planner
