ParkLouie is useless

Paying to park when the vehicle is not being monitored is a greedy and unethical practice. The 2 hour “limit” is also an extremely inefficient and flawed theory of operation.

Moving between the screens is extremely difficult. If you have not set up for the right car and you have such a duration, you have to start all over again once you set up your car. Ditto for your credit card. You have to go back and go through the set to ration process all over again if there’s any information that is not correct. This was very tedious

ParkLouie and their vendors don’t work well together. $500 dollars of tickets and can’t get customer service from ParkLouie or the parking vendor to correct the issue. 6 months of sending paid receipts and still nothing.

Any company that won’t take responsibility for ParkLouie they create and pushes all accountability to its vendors is an application I’d stay away from.

15 min of min life I would have rather spent shopping instead of setting up an app.

ParkLouie is terrible. There is no easy way to extend your parking time. When you try and pay for you’re parking after the initial time it won’t allow you and I needed up getting a ticket because of it don’t use ParkLouie it’s difficult to use and it’s been nothing but a headache for me

My meter was still red after paying. Still risks getting a ticket. Fix this. Only asked for zone number and had no option to put meter number. I couldn’t choose that specific spot.

Annoying

Parking tickets in Saint Louis are only $15 - which is basic parking fare in most metro areas. Just risk the ticket and enjoy free parking when you can get it. From my experience the system alerts local meter patrol officers when to your time expires so even after paying for a few hours if you’re 2 min late getting back to your car you’ll have a ticket which means you’ve now paid for parking twice. Skip ParkLouie and just expect a $15 fee. It’ll save you the initial meter money and it’s simpler than this clunky app anyway.

ParkLouie is designed in such a way as if it is punishing you for using it. Honestly I’ve been trying to just pay my bill for the past hour and received none of the emails they promised and made no progress. LET ME GIVE YOU MY MONEY FOR PARKING DAMMIT

Ok so here’s the thing ... people get new debit and credit cards all the time but there is no way to update your payment info on ParkLouie once you put a card on there it’s on for life which is insanely stupid and frustrating!!!!!

Wasn’t the best app and half worked. Then they sold my email to Viagra Spam. I made an email specifically for this not given to anyone else. Uninstalling, killing the email, and will NEVER use again.

If you are going to require a special character, then allow all special characters. Don’t restrict it to like 6 and then only mention what they are when someone fails to guess what special characters you happen to find valid.

With the new updates and so called bug fixes I can’t change my card to make a payment so now I’m inconvenienced because it won’t allow me to add a new card. Please fix other than that it would be an awesome app.

It would be great to have the option to change your car once the payment had been made.

This is just my 2nd time to use ParkLouie with a long break in between. I have found it a bit confusing at times but overall it is actually pretty good.

Works as a fairly simple parking app, the only thing I have qualms with is that if you accidentally make a parking payment for one car but you have multiple cars on ParkLouie and you meant to put a different car in, you should be able to change it. I’ve had to multiple occasions pay twice for the same parking spot bc of this issue.
