The only thing missing that is seriously needed is an Apple notification mechanism in response to any new or replied or change of ticket status. Otherwise, it does what it supposed to do.

I would have given it four star because I didn’t get a notification when an urgent ticket appeared (until I checked my email). Also, Be nice to have that VNC support added as well.
