Splid iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix Splid app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Splid app on iPhone
Update Splid app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Splid iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Splid on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Splid network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Splid Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Splid not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Splid App
1. On android, goto Settings » Splid » click [Force Stop]

Update Splid to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Splid App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Splid » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Splid.

Fix Splid unable to contact server/ Splid internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Splid » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Splid » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
