Cost split won’t sync. Have been using with 2 others since Jan 19. I do input then share with other two. Worked fine till we changed location. Has not updated for others since then. Tried turning off and on. Any ideas?

How to fix Cost Split app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cost Split app on iPhone
Update Cost Split app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cost Split iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cost Split on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cost Split network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cost Split Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cost Split not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cost Split App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cost Split » click [Force Stop]

Update Cost Split to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cost Split App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cost Split » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cost Split.

Fix Cost Split unable to contact server/ Cost Split internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cost Split » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cost Split » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cost Split
