Absolutely terrible app!

Theres a few problems first is the customer service side they are unfriendly with international drivers like ones from the usa like myself if your driver lic was just renewed within the last 2 year you can not us this app they do not understand what a drivers abstract and have ridiculous request to have documents translated and notarized I do not recommend this app to anyone
No option for USA drivers

They cannot verify documents and they don’t give you a reason when they declined approval of submitted documents. Safe to say they lost their chance at earning my dollars. There are plenty of other options which also approved me right away

Продукт хороший, уже давно использую.
Машин много, состояние более менее, тарифная сетка широкая, подписка удобная.
Однако!
Привет рукожопым разрабам.
То у вас машины на карте совсем не в тех местах, где физически, то прилика лежит и не встаёт.
Ни взять машину, ни открыть, ни поездку завершить.
А сегодня с утра списали деньги за три поездки по платным дорогах, которых я не совершал.
И это массовая проблема, как сказала бедная девочка оператор, которую, как и ее коллег, усиленно поливают дерьмом с утра из-за рук, которые у вас растут совсем не из того места.
Обновление криво сделали, что-то не продумали, и вот.
Даже если проблемы с транспондером из-за платежки или партнёров, первые 2 пункта никто не отменял.
Теперь лично к СТО, мне вообще не интересно почему возникают сбои.
Это твоя работа сделать так, что бы работало.
Ты же нахрен не в шарашкиной конторе работаешь, а не гиперкэж на юньке на коленке пилишь.
За одну твою ЗП можно полгода содержать небольшую школу, или больницу где-то в провинции.
Может поработаешь, не?
